Asase Yaa – Goddess of Agriculture and Harvest (Ashanti - African)

Message as channeled by Tora Moon 10/1/10

Greetings Dear Ones!  Come and listen to the message I have for you this day:

(c) Ricardo Chávez-Méndez  (http://curvismo.com)

The harvest comes.  You have planted the seeds of your desire and dreams.  You have carefully nurtured them; weeding and thinning as needed to make them strong.  Now is the time to reap the rewards of your work.  Now is the time to harvest the fruits of your dreams.

All life is in cycles.  There are ups and downs.  There are beginnings, middles, and endings.  There are seasons to life, just as there are in nature.

There is the season to plan and prepare – to dream; this is Winter.  It is a time to go within to discover your Soul’s desire.  It is the time to allow your fields of dreams and desires to lay fallow – to rest.  It is the time for your body and mind to relax and rest in the stillness and quiet of the winter.  As you do, new ideas, new plans will begin to take form.  Winter is the time to decide which crops (dreams and desires) to plant in which field.  Without this planning and clarity, you will just scatter your seeds into the winds and hope they will root somewhere.

There is the season to plow the fields, to plant the seeds.  This is Spring.  It is the time of new beginnings.  It is the time for the crops that were planted in past seasons and were laying dormant through the winter’s planning and rest to begin to show fresh shoots.  This is the time to sow your seeds in the fields you have prepared for them with your clarity of desire.  Spring too is the time to thin as the seeds sprout.  You may have sown too many seeds in an area and some must be pulled to allow the plants room to grow to their proper size.  It is also the time to re-plant in areas where the seeds did not take root and germinate.

From this flows the season of care and nurturing, of working the fields of your desire.  This is Summer.  It is the time for watering and feeding, allowing your plants to grow.  It is the time for weeding out what isn’t wanted, what no longer serves, or that which is a distraction to your desire or dream.  It is a time where the first fruits of your labors begin to mature, for not all things mature and are harvested at the same time.  This is the time to see if your plants (dreams) are healthy and are producing the crop you desire.  It is also the time to weed and thin those things you planted, but upon closer inspection, they are not what you wanted.

From this comes the season of harvest in earnest.  This is Autumn.  This is where the crops are maturing, the fruits are abundant and you pick them with ease from the plants of  your desire.  This is a season of work, of laying in, of preserving the bounty of your fields.  It is the time for when all has been harvested to plow, to fertilize, and get the land ready for its winter rest.  It is the time to plant the crops which will lie dormant to bloom in spring.  It is the time to reserve seed from your crop so you can plant again the next spring.

Life follows these seasons.  Some aspects will cycle at different times.  Not all follow the cycle and seasons of nature, but follow the season within you.  It is up to you to evaluate which season you are in, which season and cycle your desires and dreams are in.  If they are still in the winter or spring, you cannot hope to be harvesting and driving yourself crazy because you are not.

Some crops mature faster than others and you will see the fruits manifesting quickly.  Others, my Dear Ones, take time to mature –some over several seasons or years.  Just because you do not see the fruits manifesting when you want does not mean the plant (desire) is dead.  Look closer – is it a dream that is just maturing slower?  Look to your crop, have you neglected it, not watered it, let weeds overgrow it?  If this is the case, then it will not produce the fruits you desire.  Consider if this is really something  you want, then set to work to weed and care for it.  If it isn’t then let it go.  Till the plants under and begin to plan again what you will sow in its place.

Dear Ones, my blessing to you is the season of all things.  My blessing is the opportunity to choose again, to plant new crops, try new things.  Look at your dreams and desires, determine what season they are in and then act appropriately.

Blessings to you, Dear Ones.  There is great love here for you.
